Peter Doucette is a Managing Director in the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) practice and specializes in publishing. He has over 20 years of experience in working with newspaper and magazine publishers to transform their business through profit and loss management, sales and marketing and customer management. Mr. Doucette has deep experience in subscription management, digital technology strategy, marketing and sales, product development and customer relationship management.

As a result of the many roles and responsibilities Mr. Doucette has held over the years, he is well-positioned to address client concerns in multiple areas of a publication’s lifecycle. Having worked on a range of projects, from developing subscription pricing strategies to addressing audience needs, Mr. Doucette has the ability to analyze and address both the issues facing readers, as well as the publication’s finance and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Doucette was the Chief Consumer Revenue Officer at Boston Globe Media. During his time at The Globe, Mr. Doucette led a team of over 100 staff to position The Globe as a leading regional publisher and created a successful model for sustainable local journalism.
