Revenue Operations Manager
Mario is a Revenue Operations Manager who works with cross functional teams to develop strategies to optimize revenue efficiency. Mario is a self proclaimed operations nerd who enjoys merging the worlds of strategy and tactics to deliver a world class customer experience. While at Outreach, Mario has been published in the newly released book “Sales Engagement: How The World's Fastest Growing Companies are Modernizing Sales Through Humanization at Scale.” Mario excels at investing in people to build frameworks for success, enabling him to dramatically reduce churn at organizations and drive net new revenue. Mario is a proud veteran of the US Air Force, where he served as an operational leader for the Department of Defense Intelligence, and holds a degree in Applied Psychology.
