Karl is a Senior Director of Engineering at Zuora, where he manages the teams, processes and code involved in delivering all of Zuora's analytics capabilities, including reporting and Zuora Insights. As an engineer, Karl has broad expertise building interactive, data-intensive, cloud-based web applications. He thrives on designing and creating products that customers love to use and colleagues love to sell and support. As a manager, Karl strives to mentor and develop his team members to their full technical, creative and collaborative potential. He stays focused on the big picture and on continuously steering the product toward realizing its vision. And as an entrepreneur, Karl has successfully founded and sold three software companies, the latest of which has become Zuora Insights.
