Daniel joined Spark New Zealand three and a half years ago as part of Ventures, Spark’s research and development arm. During that time, the team set up a Digital-only Customer Service channel for Spark’s new Venture brands: Bigpipe, Lightbox and Morepork.

In his current role as Head of Care Transformation & Premium Care for Spark, Daniel is now part of a team who are creating and executing a roadmap to help Spark’s customers leverage a digital-first approach to interacting with the organization.

Being New Zealand’s original Telecommunications company, Spark have a long, rich history of connecting New Zealanders. The company has been evolving past being a telco of old, and into more of a connected living partner to New Zealanders. This evolution has provided the opportunity to build amazing digital experiences enabling Spark’s customers to interact with the organization.

Daniel has been part of the Contact Centre and Customer Service industry in NZ for 18 years, with a focus on technology.
