I’m passionate about building technology solutions focused on transforming the customer experience in the middle-office including lead-to-cash (lead management, quoting, contracting, renewals/amendments and subscription management) and revenue automation (IFRS, AC606). I focus on bringing the business strategy to life with technology. I lead all phases of the journey from creating the strategy that can realistically by implemented across the organization and technology stack to diving deep into the implementation for successful launches.

I have deep experience with Telecommunications providers, High-Tech SaaS based companies and Media companies transitioning into subscription business models and digital engagement/delivery channels.

I’m a technologist at heart who loves to build things: solutions, products, teams and relationships.
