Partner Delivery Success Manager – Italian Speaking 

Located: Milan, London, Munich or Paris.

The Role


As Zuora is fastly expanding its partner implementation business to support its growth objectives, the Partner Delivery Success team, sitting within the Global Services organization, is responsible for ensuring the success of partner led implementations. As a Partner Delivery Success manager you will be responsible to drive and monitor the success of implementations performed by a portfolio of Global System Integrator (GSI) and Regional System Integrator (RSI) partners in your region.


In your role you are the contact person for our Zuora Partners within your regional assignment for upcoming and ongoing implementation projects. You are responsible for ensuring the right partner is assigned to a Zuora implementation with the proper engagement model based on required capabilities, actively managing your partners´ projects, and measuring and communicating your partners’ progress through our Partner Certification program. As part of this role, you will be working hand in hand with the Alliance organization owning the overall Partner relationship, and the rest of the Global Services organization owning the Expert Services resources and delivery.




  • Pre-Sales

  Monitors pipeline and engages on partner influenced opportunities

  Recommends partner(s) to ensure their capabilities best match the opportunity

  Provides technical deal support for earlier stage partners on scoping, phasing, methodology, architecture and technical solution in conjunction with Zuora Customer Success and Global Services experts

  • Technical Enablement

  Consults and helps Zuora Training organization to curate training options and paths to consultant certification

  Partners with Zuora Alliance team to deliver access to product training

  Partners with Zuora R&D for product release enablement

  Partners with Zuora Marketing team to ensure partner relevant technical content at Zuora events

  • Project Monitoring

  Client manages partner led engagement on behalf of Zuora Global Services

  Monitors project timeline, health of partner deliverables, issues and risks

  Tracks project KPIs to enable visibility to partner delivered projects

  • Portfolio Operations

  Manages partner performance scorecard and provides KPI read out to Partner per the Partner Certification program on quarterly and annual basis

  Contributes to Quarterly Business Reviews QBRs with Partner and Zuora Alliance team – Provides the Delivery view to Alliances Sales view

  Runs internal Quarterly Business Reviews with R&D to review Partner specific product feedback, suggestions & challenges

  Forecasts Global Services Expert Services revenue and resource capacity with the rest of the Global Services organization

  Provides input and approval of Partner Certification program criteria and metrics

  • This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties or responsibilities; at times other duties may be assigned as needed.



  • 5+ years in a similar role at another SaaS or Software company, or working as a manager at GSI’s like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, IBM, TCS as well as boutique and regional SI’s. 
  • Technical aptitude and previous hands on experience with one or more of the following business verticals: IoT, Media, Automotive, FSI, SaaS, B2E. 
  • Experience as a Subscription Billing & Revenue Recognition practitioner is a plus.  The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards.
  • Enjoy interacting with multiple internal stakeholders (such as Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support), Customers and Partners
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills including the ability to build effective presentations.
  • Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
  • Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environment.
  • Able to travel; travel to industry conferences, customer sites and sales offices within the region
  • Location: London, Milan, Munich or Paris
  • BS in computer science or engineering preferred; MBA a plus
