We’ve led the Subscription Economy for more than a decade. Now we’re evolving again by building the definitive platform for quote to cash and helping companies monetize their products and services with an adaptable, AI-ready foundation.
The Opportunity
As an AI Solutions Engineer on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deploy AI-Powered Tools: Roll out and fine-tune AI solutions that embed intelligence into everyday workflows (e.g. configuring enterprise search assistant and AI service agents) to improve how employees find information and resolve requests. You will provide end-to-end implementation for emerging solutions to full deployment and adoption.
- Build & Optimize AI Agents: Use agent builder frameworks to create custom AI agents that help various internal teams. This includes designing, testing, and refining prompts to ensure our AI assistants (chatbots, search agents, etc.) provide accurate, context-aware responses. You’ll apply prompt engineering techniques to continuously improve agent performance and reduce errors.
- Improve Internal Workflows: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation.. You’ll work with stakeholders in Corporate Operations, HR, Finance and customer facing teams to map out processes that can be enhanced by AI (from workflow automation to decision support), then prototype and implement solutions that address those needs.
- Integrate Systems & Data: Connect AI platforms with our internal tools and data sources. You’ll manage configurations, API integrations, and data pipelines to ensure the AI solutions have the information they need.. For example, you might integrate our knowledge bases or ticketing data so that the AI agents can access up-to-date company information when answering questions.
- Enable & Support Users: Serve as an internal champion for these AI tools. You will create clear documentation and conduct training sessions and demos to help employees get the most out of new AI features. Part of your job is to gather user feedback and monitor usage metrics, using those insights to iterate on prompts/configurations for continuous improvement. You’ll ensure a smooth adoption and drive ongoing enhancements so that the AI solutions continue to deliver value.
About You
The business outcomes you will impact include (but are not limited to):
- Improvement of Current Systems:
- Gather metrics on the performance and effectiveness of the current product.
- Continuously fine-tune & retrain models to ensure the systems remain efficient.
- New Product Feature Development:
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings with machine learning and AI-driven features.
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that align with market demands and customer needs.
- Best Practices and Governance:
- Establish and document best practices for training, evaluating, and operating machine learning and AI models.
- Promote a culture of responsible AI and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Your experience and skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning or a related field. (Candidates with Minimum 2 years of experience are welcome – we care most about your skills and eagerness to learn.)
- AI/ML Knowledge: Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts – especially familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and how they can be applied to solve real-world problems. You stay curious and keep up with the latest in AI.
- Hands-on with AI Tools: Demonstrated interest or experience in working with AI-powered platforms or APIs (e.g. building a small chatbot, using an AI knowledge search, or automating workflows with AI). Proven ability to quickly learn new AI tools and make them useful. Experience with enterprise AI solutions (such as Glean, OpenAI, Atomicwork, Gemini, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- Scripting & Integration Skills: Comfortable with light coding/scripting (Python, JavaScript or similar) to customize solutions. Ability to work with APIs and webhooks to integrate systems is important. You don’t need to be a full-time software engineer, but you should be able to tweak code or configurations to connect tools together.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can break down a business workflow, identify where it can be improved, and configure an AI solution to do it. When an AI response isn’t quite right, you iterate on the prompt or data until it improves.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with non-technical stakeholders. You can translate technical AI capabilities into plain language, helping teams understand and trust the solutions. You thrive in a cross-functional setting, working with IT colleagues, business users, and vendors alike.
