Zuora continued its momentum in 2013 by delivering significant increases in bill run performance, enabling bulk quote actions in salesforce CRM and addressing more than 10 customer requests valuable to the Zuora customer community.
Enhanced Rating and Billing Engine Performance Improvements
- Two months ago, Zuora introduced significant bill run performance improvements. This month, Zuora supports this effort with additional application and infrastructure enhancements that enable customers to see up to an added 50% reduction in bill run processing times.
Delivered more than 10 Customer Requests into the Product
Zuora is committed to delivering products that best meet customer needs and has incorporated over 10 requests taken from its customer community directly into the application. Highlights of these include:
To better support high volume businesses that use salesforce.com, Zuora has extended its Z-Quotes to enable quote item updates and CRM account updates in bulk;
In addition to the previous support for syncing default credit card information to salesforce, Zuora now syncs all payment methods, credit card and otherwise, from Zuora into salesforce;
Improved user experience for account management functions within the Zuora user interface; and
- Payment and gateway processing automation enhancements.
Zuora customers automatically receive these product updates with no negative impact to existing configurations or customizations. These seamless updates have been made possible with the modern, multi-tenant SaaS architecture found in Zuora’sZ-Business platform.
