Recurring revenue-based business models are not new, but they have exploded in recent years. To measure the impact, Zuora’s Chief Data Scientist Carl Gold conducted the first formal benchmark study of recurring revenue-based businesses, which reflected the growth metrics of hundreds of companies around the world. Carl published these findings in the landmark Subscription Economy Index and at Subscribed New York, he will be sharing what the data shows about growth trends in the B2C space.
