From the point-of-view of customers interviewed for the IDC MarketScape, Zuora’s customers were “…impressed at the momentum of innovation (AI capabilities) and enterprise scaling capabilities to help them manage recurring revenue in enterprises. They liked that Zuora listens well to their needs and responds quickly. …”
The IDC MarketScape also noted Zuora’s acquisitions of Live Objects and Zephr. Both acquisitions were noted as providing additional capabilities for Zuora’s comprehensive monetization platform for medium- to enterprise-sized companies.
