Zuora named a leader in IDC MarketScape: Enterprise Solution Management Applications

In the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Enterprise-focused Subscription and Usage Management Applications 2022 Vendor Assessment, Zuora’s strategies and capabilities were evaluated, and the company was positioned in the Leaders Category for the third time. *

The IDC MarketScape report profiled Zuora’s strengths, including its platform maturity and business model agility; strong pricing capabilities; and customers interviewed were confident that Zuora would be their subscription and usage management vendor of choice for the future. From the point-of-view of customers interviewed for the IDC MarketScape, Zuora’s customers were “…impressed at the momentum of innovation (AI capabilities) and enterprise scaling capabilities to help them manage recurring revenue in enterprises. They liked that Zuora listens well to their needs and responds quickly. …”

The IDC MarketScape also noted Zuora’s acquisitions of Live Objects and Zephr. Both acquisitions were noted as providing additional capabilities for Zuora’s comprehensive monetization platform for medium- to enterprise-sized companies. For example, the IDC MarketScape commented that the Zephr “… acquisition will enable Zuora’s customers to understand the subscriber journey and provide data-driven personalized actions at scale to their customers leveraging an easy-to-use rules engine. …”
