Gradwell Communications Limited, a 20+ year old telecommunications company based in the UK, scrapped their legacy systems (including a homegrown billing system) and put in Zuora as their “clean new system” to serve as the foundation for upselling, bundling, gaining new customer insights, increasing penetration of products per customers, and attracting new larger customers.
