Elizabeth Tse, VP of Customer Operations at Zuora and a Former Billing Executive at eBay, Named a Finalist in 6th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business

Spotlight on Tse’s Global Management and Customer Service Experience Highlights Zuora’s commitment to Customer Success

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 29, 2009 — Zuora, Inc., the fastest growing on-demand billing and payments service, announces the selection of Elizabeth Tse, Vice President of Customer Operations, as a Finalist in the “Best Executive — Service Businesses — up to 100 Employees” category in the 6th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run — worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis hotel in New York on Friday, November 13. Nominated women executives and entrepreneurs from the U.S.A and several other countries are expected to attend. More than 1,100 entries were submitted this year for consideration in 54 categories.

Prior to joining the executive management team at Zuora in July 2009 as VP of Customer Operations, Tse sat on Zuora’s Advisory Board. She brings to the company 20 years of global experience in e-commerce and financial services and her expertise in developing and leading key business strategies for billing operations. Before joining Zuora, Tse worked as VP, Global Billing, Payments & Collections, at eBay, where she was responsible for overseeing worldwide billing operations for the world’s largest online marketplace. Tse held executive level positions with Providian Financial (now Chase) where she was Senior Vice President of New Product Development and American Express where she was Marketing Manager.

In her role at Zuora, Tse manages the Professional Services Group, as well as Customer Support and Care. She owns all customer operations post-sales, including managing Zuora’s entire portfolio of service offerings required to ensure the success of the company’s customers.

“Elizabeth is the consummate leader — her background and resume are impressive, as are her rapport with employees, relationships with customers and her ability to get results,” said Tien Tzuo, CEO, Zuora.
