Winnie is a manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners’ Singapore office.

Having worked for Simon-Kucher in both Singapore and Munich, her work assignments have mainly included projects for international clients in SouthEast Asia and China with a focus on developing go-to-market strategies, price optimisation and commercial policy across various industries.

Winnie's recent projects have covered the following topics: Development of subscription packages for Singapore software companies, go-to-market strategy and portfolio optimisation.
Winnie studied Economics at the National University of Singapore. Her bachelor’s thesis focused on the impact of airline deregulation on the pricing of full service carriers operating in the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN) region. Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Winnie also gained professional experience in public policy planning under a key public organisation in Singapore. She is also effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
