Stephanie Hartman is Sr. Subscription Solutions Lead for the Security Products Business Unit of Johnson Controls, formally Tyco International. Stephanie joined Exacq Technologies in 2010, which merged with Tyco Security Products in 2013. In her current role, Stephanie focused on launching the first SaaS offering within Johnson Controls. Stephanie led the launch of a platform that allows a product focused organization to shift to a subscription service model. Prior to this role, Stephanie was one of five transition team partners that ensured a smooth transition to Tyco Security Products specifically in the areas of Order Entry, Finance, and CRM activities. As a Salesforce administrator, Stephanie developed and deployed new Salesforce functionality and enhancements within the Security Products instance. Stephanie graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2010.
