Neta has over 15 years of equity and leadership experience, working with various teams including product management, product marketing, projects and implementations, client services, and settlements and reconciliation. In her current role, Neta oversees Solium's pricing strategy and works on increasing the company’s per-deal-revenue while optimizing for a faster time to close. Her previous experience leveraging LEAN methodologies to improve operational efficiencies has been very useful in working on the Zuora implementation at Solium. She has also been a speaker at Solium’s annual Synergy conference as well as several national equity industry conferences. Neta has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rutgers University, an executive MBA from the University of Calgary, and holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
