Lina Jiang

Director, Revenue Automation

Lina leads the revenue automation practice at PwC. Her background is in process automation and controls for the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. Since 2010, Lina has been focused on the revenue processes helping clients adopt the software revenue recognition guidance through automation at Fortune 500 companies - this ranges from implementing a third party solution in the company’s existing ERP and billings ecosystem to implementing a home-grown custom-built solution.

Over the years, she’s led client engagements to assess and implement systems that address their people, processes, systems, and data needs to support revenue management requirements, followed with optimization of processes and controls post-implementation. Most of these implementations require a transformational change to standardize the upstream QTC processes to maximize the full functionality of the systems.

Since the release of Topic 606 in 2014, Lina has been partnering with clients to drive adoption of the new guidance. She has led systems impact readiness assessments, formal vendor selections, requirements gathering and definition, data attribute analysis and fit/gap assessments, process transformations, and implementation of the selected revenue management solution. Lina continues to share her knowledge and experience from revenue solution implementations to help clients with a smooth transition by keeping up with industry practice while looking out for lessons learned.
