VP, FAST Program Leader
Lalit Singh is Vice President and Software IT Transformation (FAST) Program Leader for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Lalit has responsibility for transforming the IT landscape to a cloud-based pre-configured architecture, tailored for the Software Business, simplifying business processes and application architecture to reduce costs and enable growth.
Prior to being named SW IT Transformation Leader, Lalit served as COO and Vice President of the Cloud Business Unit ensuring that the Cloud Business delivered on all financial, operational, and customer commitments. Before Cloud role, he drove multiple work streams in support of HP’s split.
Prior to HP’s separation into two companies – Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc., Lalit was an executive for operations and finance with rich experiences in business turnaround and transformation. Lalit joined EDS in 2006 as the Engagement Leader, Enterprise Productivity.
Before joining EDS/HP, Lalit started his career at GE Healthcare Technologies where he held several client management, product development and process/performance improvement leadership positions. His last role in GE was Six Sigma Central Black Belt, overseeing a team of 32 black belts focused on driving Life Cycle Product & Customer Centricity initiatives.
Lalit holds a PGP in Management in Finance and Marketing from Indian School of Business (ISB) and a BS in Electronics Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Technology, University of Lucknow.
He is based in Sunnyvale, California.
