Jennifer Cruz is an experienced and self-driven IT professional with 8+ years of business systems analysis experience. She has hands on expertise with implementation and customization of Salesforce, Zuora, and various other force.com applications. Jennifer is delivery focused and is generally at the center of solution design. She is proficient at working with business teams to develop future state system oriented processes, and then applying technology solutions to those business processes. While at Zuora she has driven the delivery of the Zuora Community and has been instrumental in the continued delivery of Zuora on Zuora, an initiative to fully internalize Zuora technologies.
