Chris Flynn is VP, Employee Enablement at Okta where he is responsible for productivity applications, collaboration tools and Service Desk operations.  After starting his career in IT as a Help Desk Technician, he developed deep expertise in IT Service Management(ITSM) and ITIL processes. Prior to Okta, he spent 5 years as a Consulting Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers specializing in ITSM and M&A engagements.  Chris has a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
