Chad has over 11 years experience across a variety of technical areas as well as with the implementation of several accounting systems, specifically around the automation of revenue recognition and ASC 606. In addition to assisting clients with the adoption of ASC 606, Chad also has significant experience with legacy GAAP revenue recognition under ASC 605 and 985-605 in a variety of industries. Chad is also knowledgeable with accounting for stock based compensation, debt & equity transactions, as well as preferred stock offerings.
