Cara is a passionate fundraiser with over six years’ experience in end to end management of
successful direct marketing campaigns. With experience in both agency and not for profit, Cara takes
a collaborative, data- driven approach to increasing revenue, customer loyalty and overall ROI. As the
product owner for Cancer Council NSW’s recent CRM development Cara has an interest in how
technology can be used to improve customer experience.
