For the past year, Brian has been responsible for managing and delivering applications to enable the success of ServiceNow. This includes leveraging ServiceNow’s platform to support operations in most areas of the company. Previously, Brian has held leadership positions in IT, and multiple business operational areas, at VMware and Business Objects/SAP. Consistent through Brian’s career are leading cross-functional transformational efforts, improving global operations, and helping companies scale. Brian holds a BA from James Madison University and a MA from the University of Cincinnati, focusing on Economic Geography.
