Sales Operations is the heartbeat of Zuora’s tier one Field Sales team. With an innovative operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, we empower our front line sales team to systematically sell better, faster, and more efficiently as they partner internally and externally with our customers, prospects and ecosystem partners. So, it's no surprise we strive for operational excellence in all that we do. 

YOUR MISSION: Strategically partner with Sales Management to help develop and drive the operational cadence across the sales organization improving efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. You will be supporting our GTM and Field organisation in APAC & Japan. 


  • Partner directly with sales management on a daily basis to drive in quarter execution and future quarter preparedness
  • Execute strategic initiatives which will allow sales teams to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Manage the overall implementation of the full year GTM plan including territory assignments
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Develop new ways to solve existing problems using data, process, and technology


  • 3+ years’ operating in high growth environments, particularly in the technology industry, management consulting and/or investment banking; experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst roles
  • Salesforce experience; either as end user or operations professional
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match and vlookup, pivots)
  • Motivation to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing and Executive leadership
  • Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
  • Self-starter mentality with an ability to own tasks through to completion
  • Understanding of how sales models/sales processes work as well as sales forecasting business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Clari a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
