THE TEAM 

Sales Operations is the heartbeat of Zuora’s tier-one Field Sales team. With an innovative operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, we empower our front-line sales team to systematically sell better, faster, and more efficiently as they partner internally and externally with our customers, prospects, and ecosystem partners. So, it’s no surprise we strive for operational excellence in all that we do.  

YOUR MISSION 

Drive transparency, predictability, and insights to the GTM organization through actionable sales reporting and business intelligence at scale across all levels of the organization. 

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE 

Create a clear roadmap and prioritization process to support our GTM strategy through a portfolio of dashboards and reports with actionable insights. 

Develop consistent definitions of KPIs across the business to support our GTM team. 

Support building out a standardized and effective forecasting framework and review process with cross-functional teams. 

In addition to the dashboards and reports, this role will deliver data-driven insights and proactively identify opportunities to fuel our GTM organization’s growth. 

Alignment with the data and analytics teams across the organization will be essential for success in this role. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL 

2+ years’ experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst role. 

Deep knowledge of customer relationship management tools and platforms. 

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a solid ability to drive towards action and impact. 

Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques. 

Motivation to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance 

Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines 

Demonstrated ability to manage analytic projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured scalable solutions. 

Understanding of how sales models/sales processes work as well as sales forecasting business processes 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail 

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
