Team & Role 

We’re seeking a full-stack marketer to scale a best-in-class marketing strategy to support Zuora’s integrated marting motion.. This role is focused on reaching and engaging target personas and accounts with relevant content in incredible experiences that ultimately lead to bookings. 

In this role, you will architect and lead a globally integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goals by driving awareness and pipeline for key targets. 

What you’ll do & achieve:

  • Adopt a “CMO” mindset to drive an end-to-end, account-based campaign strategy for target personas and accounts across Zuora’s global regions, with a north star of pipeline and account engagement. 
  • Ensure the right mix of digital ads, email, sales outreach, webinars, content, and event experiences through an omnichannel, full-funnel approach. 
  • Partner with marketing and business group leaders to establish campaign priorities, goals, and targets and the tactical plans to deliver on those targets
  • Take ownership of a campaign performance framework to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaign activities on pipeline, revenue, and the demand funnel 
  • Lead a cross-functional team of teams across key functions: Alliances, Sales, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand, Corp Events, Content, and Customer Advocacy to align around the campaign strategy and drive execution, enablement, and feedback loop.
  • Analyze demand and behavioral signals to create extremely high-quality account engagements for sales. 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of full-stack marketing and integrated campaign experience, primarily in B2B tech
  • Obsessed with the accounting persona by deeply understanding message resonance and how to drive engagement with the audience
  • Demonstrated success in owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns 
  • Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to detail – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, and create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Natural project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams at a given time. 
  • Comfortable articulating and distributing messaging that meets the needs of our target audience 
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates Self-Awareness (EQ): Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses

The base pay range for this position is only one element of a candidate's total rewards package, which may also include bonuses/variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
