The Team & Role

Revenue Operations is the heartbeat of Zuora’s tier-one Field Sales and Marketing team. With an innovative operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, we empower our front-line sales and marketing team to systematically sell better, faster, and more efficiently as they partner internally and externally with our customers, prospects, and ecosystem partners. So, it’s no surprise we strive for operational excellence in all that we do. 

As a summer intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team on projects that will provide you with valuable industry experience. 

This is a full-time, summer internship based remotely within the US. 

 

In this role you’ll get to

Learn about the role of Revenue and Sales Operations in a fast growing GTM organization. Some of the experiences you may gain through your internship include:

  • Work with cross-functional teams such as: Go to Market functions, IT/Business Applications, and Revenue Operations

  • Participate in Go to Market efficiency projects including account validation, territory optimization, and others

  • Contribute to internal Sales process optimization, operational cadence and market strategy (run the business)

  • Create pipeline and sales performance metrics reporting (ex: account penetration, channel effectiveness, forecast, win rates, etc)

 

Who we’re looking for

  • Interest in pursuing a career in Sales/FP&A/Operations or related role

  • Education: currently completing a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. business, finance, information systems). Applicants must be in their junior or senior year

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and planning capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with team members and internal partners

  • Experience using Google sheets or Excel required
