THE TEAM

 

At Zuora, Business Analysts work with business partners to understand and assess the changing needs of the business and be able to translate those into actionable requirements for systems updates in order to create streamlined processes. Business Analysts can translate high level business needs into requirements and be able to work with developers to execute. Transforming them into elegant, intuitive, and functional applications.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with internal clients
  • Understand internal business processes and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
  • Engage with internal operations leads to refine user stories, and to prioritize and groom the product backlog.   
  • Incorporate past experiences, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potential solutions
  • Coordinate with Technical Architects, integration, and data resources, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements
  • Provide recommendations on third-party applications

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery and business analysis in technology implementations through full life-cycle CRM engagements.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Marketing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
  • Proven ability to build and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
