THE TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL DO AND ACHIEVE

This critical team member is responsible for coordination, planning, logistics and program management elements that are so crucial to ensuring our learning and development programs and offerings are implemented successfully. This is a growing team with a big mission: to provide the growth and development our ZEOs need to thrive and achieve great things. As our team grows the learning opportunities for you grow too! Examples of ways you will contribute to this mission:

 

  • Provide much-needed support to set up, coordinate, deliver and maintain programs, classes, workshops, online resources and internal projects with the team. This is where your initiative and passion to get things running like a well-oiled machine will shine. Our systems, learner records, catalogs, course materials, evaluations and reports all support the essential operations of the learning and development function.
  • Take pride in caring for the details that make our learning and development offerings and events seamless and impactful. Whether ensuring internal or external facilitators or service providers are on track and prepared, producing materials used in programs, coordinating the set up and execution of multi-format events, or serving as producer for online and virtual offerings, your organization, attention to detail, and tech savvy will ensure we deliver learning and development moments that matter.
  • Ensure our customer-facing connections are up-to-date, engaging, and responsive. Examples are management of team inboxes, updating and maintaining the learning and development intranet pages, managing distribution lists, sending invitations to target audiences, and assisting with marketing and communication as needed. 
  • Create and support a seamless experience for our new hires to ensure the program runs effectively across cross-functional teams and delivers an exceptional new ZEO experience.
  • Assist with research, content creation, and program design support for training and development offerings designed and developed internally or in partnership with vendor partners.
  • Identify and recommend employee experience enhancements and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create and recommend improvements for program and team standard operating procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and an effective multi-tasker
  • Problem-solving and growth mindset
  • Experience with Zoom or another virtual meeting tool
  • Experience working with systems to set up and maintain information as well as run reports, especially if in a learning management system (LMS) or HRIS system
  • Experience pulling and analyzing data, creating summary reports, using filters and charts in survey tools and/or Excel
  • Experience maintaining training calendars, coordinating facilitators or speakers, managing and preparing program and participant materials, communicating with vendors.
  • Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and support documents
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills
  • Ability to remain professional and honor confidentiality
  • Strong customer and interpersonal skills; be able to perform in a team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a talent development, training, learning and development, or human resources department
  • Can be located anywhere in the U.S. with willingness to travel <20% of the time to support onsite needs. We are a hybrid workforce.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’'s degree in a related field and two years of related experience
  • Experience with vendor contracting.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, tipsheets, step-by-step processes.
  • Experience maintaining internal web pages and updating content, managing access.
  • Knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate or Adobe Presenter software to support e-learning, video demo, or personalized video communication.
  • Ability to skillfully facilitate New Employee Orientation and other assigned L&D sessions.
  • Web maintenance skills.
