What you’ll do & achieve:

• Issuing Letters to employees, Example: Address Proof letter, Employment letter &, Service Letters
• Managing Employee data. From Creating their profiles, tracking their end date of service.
• Reaching out to managers for extension, termination or conversion  
• Liaising with BGV Vendor and managing end to end BGV process from Initiation to completion
• Coordinating with IT on ensuring timely laptop deliveries to new hires
• Coordinating with IT on ensuring reverse pickup of laptops and other assets for exiting employees
• Responding to Background Verification (BGV) requests from agencies who reach out on behalf of employees who have quit
• Maintaining Trackers on HR operations
• Sharing leave records and other statutory data for statutory compliance.
• Coordinating in Onboarding & Offboarding employees.
• Calendar Planning, Scheduling, Sharing information with all stakeholders & managing the onboarding sessions.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 2 to 5 years of experience working and managed HR – Operations and statutory compliance. 
• Needs to have good written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge in employment laws and regulations will be good to have
• Should have completed undergraduation 
• A lively, engaged, and enthusiastic team player
• Good knowledge in Microsoft & G-Suite Applications
