YOUR MISSION
You will lead Zuora’s global compensation strategy by assessing, implementing, communicating, and administering cutting-edge, market-competitive executive and broad-based compensation for our ZEOs. You will share an innate passion for providing “white glove” employee solutions and support, in addition to being a key compensation expert to our business partners and leadership team. Your stakeholders will benefit from the meaningful thought leadership, insights, and masterful execution you provide as a key pillar of what attracts and engages top talent in an organization growing to $1B in revenue.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Director, Global Compensation is a pivotal role on the Total Rewards, HRIS, and People Operations leadership team. The key focus of this role is to set a global compensation strategy that reinforces Zuora’s values and exceptional culture through programs, processes, and policies that attract, engage, and motivate top talent. You will have the freedom to synthesize, analyze, and uncover unique trends and ideas, which you translate into actionable recommendations for leaders across the organization. You will partner with and learn from ZEO Success leaders, business leaders, and our executive team to build buy-in for your recommendations. This role is for you if you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in the opportunity to innovate. You will embody our unique culture and become the “ZEO” of your own Zuora experience. At the end of the day, you will be a central pillar to why ZEOs join Zuora – and why they stay!
