Leader/Principal Product Management, Customer Outreach

In the Product & Engineering organization, we pride ourselves on being customers obsessed.  This means that our Chief Product & Engineering Officer and other product and engineering leaders are continually meeting with customers to paint a picture of our product vision and strategy for our customers and our partners, share our product roadmap, gather feedback and incorporate into future product innovations. As part of these critical meetings, we track key deliverables and follow ups to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers. We need a detail-oriented and technical leader to manage these critical meetings and presentations as well as drive follow up for our customers and partners.

What you’ll do & achieve:

  • Manage preparation for customer and prospect presentations and meetings that our Chief and Engineering Officer is involved in including gathering critical information about the customer’s product landscape as well as pulling together critical slides and other documents needed for meetings
  • Project manage follow ups for customers related to action items and key strategic themes coming out of meetings
  • Track to key deliverables needed for customer related projects for our product and engineering teams
  • Partner closely with the sales, global servicers, customer, success and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive communication plan for strategic customer accounts
  • Be a trusted advisor for large, strategic customers; build and maintain strong customer relationships 
  • Work directly with customers and analysts to socialize product roadmaps, gather insights and feedback and infuse learnings back into product strategy and roadmaps to suit our customers needs and the market opportunities
  • Maintain a database of key customer documents for customer presentations including product roadmaps, product strategy and other key concepts we show customers
  • NPS activities as they relate to PM & Eng 

 What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 10+ years in product management and program management roles
  • BA/BS degree and/or Masters in Technical fields such as Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong detail-orientation needed for follow through on critical tasks
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in the organization; self-directed and works well with ambiguity in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Strong sense of customer empathy to ensure our product vision and strategy communications are always customer-value focused
  • Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment by managing multiple projects and expectations effectively
