The Team & Role

Zuora is looking for UI(React) Engineer(s) to join our Product and Strategy team to help Create, Automate and Maintain world-class Customer demos at scale. You should be passionate about understanding different customer use cases and work with Solution Architects and Clients to build solid web-based solutions. One should have an automation mindset to build a generic-style web app for the organization.

In this role you’ll get to

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. To ensure success as a react.js developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, OOPS and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications.
• You should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
• Working with cross functional global teams to architect solutions, create estimations, minimize complexity and deliver a world class platform
• Developing dynamic web applications using Frontend technologies like React JS, Angular JS and other web technologies and leverage REST services and other third-party APIs
• Contributing to all phases of the Development lifecycle
• Developing and deploying new features while maintaining existing features by following SDLC Agile best practices and industry standards
• Documenting all of your work and collaborating with functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Underwriting

Who we’re looking for 

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information technology, or a similar field
• At least 2 years years of working experience as a React.js development
• At least a total of 4 years experience in UI development and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Strong passion in coding and hard work is must have
• In depth knowledge of OOPS concept of JS
• Experience with user interface design
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem solving skills
• Good project management skills and should be familiar of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha or Jest
• Extremely detail oriented and organized with excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of of Java is a plus

• Ability to communicate product functionalities in business language to end users
• Ability to understand business functional areas & product issues
• Customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating & resolving problems
• Strong oral & written communication skills
