Technical Support Engineer

Zuora is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Global Technical Support Team in India. 

We are looking for someone who is ready for the next challenge in their career to join Zuora, helping customers with World’s Leading Revenue Automation Solution for ASC 606 & IFRS 15, the World's first revenue system designed for subscription businesses. 

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is proficient in providing the best technical support experience for our customers. 

  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the first point of contact for customers who are experiencing technical issues. You must be able to remain patient and professional while assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and diagnose technical problems related to our products and services.
  • You must be committed to continuous learning and professional development, as technology is constantly evolving.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
    • Added advantage of having accounting certifications / prior experience on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Three to Five years of working as a Technical Support Engineer in Customer Support scenarios.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong technical knowledge in areas like SQL / PLSQL, ERP, API.
    • Knowledge on Core Java would be an advantage.
    • Good to have – REST API, Dell Boomi, SFTP.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally 
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders
    • Execute with limited information and ambiguity
    • Fundamental understanding of values and processes.
