Zuora is seeking an Escalation Manager to join our growing Global Technical Support Team in India. 

We are looking for someone who is ready for the next challenge in their career to join Zuora, helping customers with World’s Leading Revenue Automation Solution for ASC 606 & IFRS 15 as well as Zuora Billing, the World's first recurring billing system software designed for subscription businesses. 

  • Do you drive engineers towards solving technical issues faster without errors?

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of global escalation management experience
  • Experience with SaaS applications
  • Experience in managing teams of cross-functional technical resources to produce robust solutions in critical situations

 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas like Oracle, SaaS, Cloud Technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
  • Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to foster innovative solutions in work situations to ensure that the customer perspective is the driving force behind business decisions and activities
  • High standards of performance and customer service for self and others on the team
  • Demonstrated success in taking on new roles and contributing to the build out of new functional teams
  • Strong ability to listen to and understand customer frustration points and translate them into positive outcomes
