We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Access Analyst to join our team.  This individual will administer user access on a variety of systems and applications.  The primary responsibilities include seeking and documenting approvals, creating, modifying and revoking user access and ensuring that our security and compliance standards are met. Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical and communication skills, solid customer service experience, and a strong compliance and security mindset.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage user access to applications across multiple platforms and technologies, including
• Creating and deleting user accounts
• Assigning and revoking application access rights
• Managing password resets
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements for access provisioning and ensure that access requests are properly authorized and documented
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide timely resolution to users
• Creating and documenting Role Based access profiles for user personas based on position requirements
• Responsible for managing and maintaining data integrity and consistency within Active Directory, OKTA and other enterprise systems
• Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies and processes
• Conducting, supporting and participating in in both internal and external audits 
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM user access processes and procedures
• Monitor IAM system logs and perform regular audits to ensure that access rights are appropriate and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in IAM-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and migrations
• Maintain compliance with IT Security policies, procedures, and SOX controls

What You Need for this Position

• Strong security and compliance mindset
• Must have at least 4-7 years experience in Identity and Access Management/Access Control or related position in a publicly traded (SoX) company
• Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely
• Experience with administering Google Suite and Okta accounts
• Experience communicating with auditors
• Candidate should have a solid understanding of information security policies, standards, and industry leading practices
• Self-starter; adaptable to change; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives
• Willingness to learn new technology, tools and create new processes to meet control objectives
• Demonstrate an understanding of SOX, GDPR, CRPA, HIPPA etc guidelines
• Experience with an Identity and Access Management Solutions (Sailpoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, etc) a plus
• Okta Professional Certification a plus
• Experience with AD Manager / AD Audit a plus
• Experience and understanding of COBIT a plus

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• ISACA or ITGI Certification a plus
