Zuora’s Latest Global Impact Report

We’re pleased to share Zuora’s FY25 Global Impact Report, highlighting our progress and ongoing commitment to building a more sustainable future, investing in our people and communities, and operating with integrity and trust. In FY25, we maintained carbon neutrality for the fourth consecutive year, achieved 100% renewable energy across our global offices for the third year in a row, and completed our first climate risk assessment aligned with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). We also continued to invest in our ZEOs, with over 9,400 hours of learning completed and more than 80% of employees participating in our social impact programs. This report highlights our initiatives, from formalizing our Responsible AI principles and establishing a cross-functional governance team to deepening community engagement through programs like our first Global Day of Service. We remain dedicated to transparency and accountability as we continue to align with recognized global sustainability standards.

Zuora's FY2024 Global Impact Report

At Zuora, we’re committed to running a sustainable, people-first, and responsible business. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programs are essential to our strategy and how we run our business. In fiscal year 2024, we maintained carbon neutrality for the third year in a row and reached 100% renewable energy for our global offices for the second time. Over 80% of our employees gave back to their communities and we increased the diversity of our leadership team. We also established a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Committee to address gaps in our policies on high-priority, fast-evolving issues such as AI governance and cybersecurity response readiness. We’re thrilled to share our third Global Impact Report, which outlines the progress we’ve made across key areas that are essential to how we operate and drive recurring growth for our stakeholders.
