Our growth story is only just beginning, and we’re looking for a VP of Global Field Talent Acquisition to build, scale and lead a world-class, global field recruitment function focused on driving growth for our business.
In this highly visible and strategic role, you’ll partner with our functional leaders and recruiting team in and outside the US, to develop and execute on initiatives that drive successful recruiting outcomes including: optimizing recruiting strategy, scaling programs and processes, expanding the use of data/analytics and developing effective strategies for expanding into new talent markets. You’ll report into the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, and will be part of the TA Leadership team where you’ll have the support of functional recruiting leads and our Recruiting Operations Manager. You’ll also partner closely with our Recruitment Marketing expert to design and implement unique programs that set Zuora apart, showcase our unique ZEO culture and strengthen our employer brand.
Make no mistake, this will be a challenging (and rewarding) role as you work to transform and cultivate a recruiting mindset across our organization and inspire our business and recruiting teams to reliably deliver results at scale. You’ll grow the capabilities and effectiveness of the talent acquisition team and lean into this player-coach role to provide strategic direction, mentorship, tactical guidance and hands-on coaching. And of course, you’ll keep diversity top of mind and champion strategies to engage with talent from underrepresented backgrounds.
