As a Zuora Sales and Marketing Intern, you are a master of building pipeline (Sales Qualified Leads) within specific geographies, market segments and/or campaigns. You leverage marketing content and events, social media, emails, calls, and social selling tools to help customers master their subscription experience. You love customer conversations, evangelizing brands, and are passionate about helping the B2B/B2C business move to subscription-based pricing models. 

Desired Profile

  • Excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
  • Passionate about technology, business, and market strategy
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
  • Be currently enrolled in a 4-year BA/BS program at a University

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Organization to map out and target strategic accounts, uncovering net new opportunities
  • Act as liaison between Marketing and Sales Development Org
  • Design and run business development campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Support the planning and execution of events
  • Assist with quantitative models such as campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and deal influence

Successful candidates will:

  • Gain valuable industry knowledge of our ecosystem, including our core target markets- Media, Technology, and IoT
  • Become proficient in business tools such as Salesforce with the help of our operations team
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to gain holistic view of Zuora
  • Sit down with Zuora executives, VPs, and Managers to gain one-on-one leadership training
