About the Role

We are looking for a builder of amazing customer experiences. A leader in all things digital that can utilize a diverse technical skill set to turn big ideas into reality. A deep expert in web, mobile, UX/UI, testing and optimization, and analytics that will help us bring our customer engagement to the next level and have a meaningful impact on Zuora’s growth.

Ideally, you are a marketing technologist and strategist whose background includes a wide range of marketing expertise and achievements:

  • You’re an expert in digital marketing with a strong focus on web publishing in an enterprise CMS, supporting a global web experience
  • You have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of managing a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, platform tools and budgeting
  • You’re experienced at building, growing, and leading talented cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling, high performing products
  • You have a strong eye for design aesthetic, responsive design, UX/UI design fundamentals and best practices
  • You are a strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences
  • You live and breathe the analytical data and KPIs that inform marketing campaign priorities and tactics

Your ability to collaborate broadly and cross-functionally will be key as you:

  • Transform Zuora’s web properties into world class, leading edge destinations across international markets in support of our aggressive growth targets
  • Own strategy and roadmap for how Zuora evolves and scales its web presence with the business across segments, product offerings, verticals, partners and regions
  • Increase engagement via a holistic and personalized web experience and help shorten the prospect and customer journey through the buying process
  • Lead the creation and development of Subscribed.com, a new high-quality digital destination focused on news and content related to the Subscription Economy
  • Lead SEO function and hold the broader marketing team accountable to deliver against joint initiatives to increase traffic growth
  • Implement a rapid and robust optimization/testing framework and personalization program
  • Create a localization strategy and launch localized web presence quickly to support key regional sales and marketing efforts
  • Partner with internal UX and Brand and Creative teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer/prospect engagement points
