We’re looking for a Product Management Director with deep domain expertise and technical know-how to drive the business process management (BPM, Workflow) pillar of Zuora’s Platform. You will shape how customers use the Zuora Platform to transform and automate their key order-to-revenue business processes.
In this role, you will define how the Platform allows business users to build and extend Zuora applications with low and no-code graphical modeling tools instead of custom code, bringing greater agility to our customers in extending Zuora functionality. You will develop a deep understanding of how customers use the Platform to carry out both the automated and human activities that make up their subscription order-to-revenue lifecycle.
You are a product owner who is passionate about customer success, has a critical eye for detail and usability, and is obsessed with measuring and delivering customer value. As a leader in our organization, you’ll help us develop and execute the strategic vision and product roadmap for our Platform, cultivating external partnerships and a developer community, and collaborating with amazing engineering teams.
