About the Role

We are looking for an analytics master who is passionate about using data to make decisions and serving insights with strategic implications. In this role, you will: 

  • Own the entire marketing analytics lifecycle, from ensuring we design the right campaigns and experiments, to developing foundational dashboards, to leveraging data to drive key strategic decisions
  • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with your passion for telling stories with data – not only surfacing marketing insights, but also presenting those insights and recommendations to influence change
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Technology and Operations teams to build models that help marketers understand and influence Zuora’s growth
  • Help marketing channel owners optimize return on their effort and spending through analysis, controlled experiments, and pre-post analyses

Ideally, you are a detail-oriented, process-focused technologist and strategist whose background includes a wide range of marketing expertise and achievements:

  • You’re a Salesforce reporting expert and a master of Excel data modeling and analysis
  • You have experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with large data sets
  • You have a deep understanding of data visualization and fluency in Tableau, DOMO, or similar 
  • You have the ability to manage data on a tactical basis, while also delivering strategic insights and direction
  • You’re comfortable with a variety of data sources for full-stack analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation. Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, etc.) or similar tools a plus
