Job Description

The Sr. HR Shared Services Rep will be a key part of the ZEO Success team.  You will implement and administer HR programs, policies and practices in a shared services HR model. Maintain detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answers employee inquiries pertaining to ZEO programs. Additional responsibilities may include day to day HR operations, onboarding assistance, HRIS data maintenance, benefits administration and support with ad hoc projects. Serve as an escalation point for shared services support as needed. Maintains records related to human resources activities, policy changes or additions.

We also need someone who is able to analyze business procedures and recommend enhancements where appropriate to improve them. This role is critical to our team’s success and will have an immediate impact on how we do things at Zuora.  Still interested?   • Support Workday / employee data maintenance.
  • Generate ad hoc and standard reports as needed.
  • Evolve our programs and processes as the business grows.
  • Collaborate with other members of the ZEO Success team for both project based initiatives as well as day to day transactions.
  • Own compliance requirements to ensure all ZEOs are up to date on Code of Conduct training.
  • Contingent workforce lifecycle management.
  • Audit support.

  • Strong understanding of Workday.

  • Produces high quality, accurate work.
  • Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Likes and is very good at taking initiative and smart risks, but at the same time is a collaborator.
  • Must excel at Excel; PowerPoint proficiency is also helpful.
  • Possess a strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR.
  • Business bachelor's or equivalent education/experience required; graduate degree a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
