About Zuora’s Global ZEO Success Partner (ZSP) Team

The Role/Opportunity

As a key leader of our ZEO Success team,  we are seeking a seasoned Go-To-Market ZEO Success Partner ready to lead people initiatives as we accelerate our business transformation and path to $1B. We recently announced our hiring of an amazing Chief Revenue Officer. This role will partner with CRO and his leadership team to develop the global organizational people strategy aligned with our unique and powerful Zuora culture, while meeting the needs of the business. 

Responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Partners with senior GTM leadership to develop the talent vision and the strategic people initiatives to scale the business and align with Zuora’s strong ZEO culture
  • Collaborates with senior GTM leadership, Talent Acquisition and FP&A to develop and execute on the hiring plan, including workforce/succession planning, and attrition modeling
  • Works closely with ZEO Success COE’s (Leadership & Talent, Employee Engagement & Comms, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition) to deliver programs 
  • Leads the development and implementation of new ZEO Success programs to solve critical business challenges and retain our valued ZEOs
  • Plans and leads organization review discussions with Executives and Leaders and expertly manages change initiatives including strategy, planning and communications
  • Builds trusted relationships with leaders and ZEOs and actively coaches and develops leaders  -Resolves complex organization and people issues

Geo Focus:  

  • Global focus in partnership with regional ZEO Success leaders
  • Reaches across GEOs to build relationships with key GTM leaders

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years of progressively complex HRBP leadership experience, including supporting Sales/GTM functions with a complex, rapidly growing enterprise SW or SaaS company.  Has demonstrated competencies, skills and achievements to deliver results as follows:

  • Valued as a leader and trusted advisor 
  • A global citizen and creative thinker who is strong and tenacious; a credible activist on strategic and organization decisions while leading others to “move the ball down the field”
  • Inspirational role model in leveraging HR metrics/data to facilitate, influence and drive people and business decisions
  • Effectively communicates and presents, both verbally and in writing with all levels of leaders
  • Breadth and depth developing, leading and managing global strategic initiatives, e.g., transformation work, diversity and inclusion, talent reviews, feedback and coaching and social impact
  • Demonstrates expert HR knowledge with an “outside in” perspective, e.g., best practices of peer companies, CEB, etc.
