Successful PMO Analyst understand that Zuora is a dynamic organization in an expanding market and the PMO should similarly reflect that dynamism.

The GS PMO Program Analyst will report to the GS PMO Lead.  The office location for the GS PMO Analyst is Chennai.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Overall at-least 7 – 10 years of experience; with at-least 4+ years as a project or program manager, and 2+ years PMO experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications.
  • Understanding of different SDLC’s such as waterfall and Agile.
  • Focus on professional services vs. product development – account management, client service and/or management consulting experience.
  • Successful candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, organizational effectiveness focus and a drive to improve business results.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
  • A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and apply new project management tools and processes to a growing organization.
  • Worked in an organization or role to help build the operations/reporting of professional services organization.
  • Work with Project or Program Managers to enhance process and tools.
  • Able to work with individuals and improve their skills and capabilities through one-on-one interaction or through organizational training materials.

 

Technology experience or awareness in the following:

  • Project Management scheduling, resourcing and communications tools.
  • PMI certification.
  • Experience with Excel/Macros. PowerPoint.
  • CRM/Salesforce or ERP platform.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Financial Force PSA and/or Domo.
  • Use of social media and training technologies to interact with a professional community.
