Billing Operations Analyst

What you get to do:

  • As a member of the team, you will help manage billing and subscription operations through the Zuora tool and other workflows around the quote to cash process.
  • Participate in developing and documenting controls and procedures surrounding our multiple process flows.
  • Analyze and report on metrics to support the Company’s business objectives.
  • Become an expert in the subscription business model
  • Work with several systems we rely on in the Finance & Accounting department, including Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce and FinancialForce.
  • Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in corporate accounting operations 
  • Zuora Experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Passionate about technology, winning, and business strategy
  • Structured thinking and problem solving
  • Detail Oriented
  • Demonstrated self-starter, who can work as part of a team or individually on projects.
