THE TEAM

As a Senior or Principal Quality Engineer on our Revenue QE team, you will care deeply about ensuring the quality of mission-critical and large scale SaaS in an agile environment. You should be obsessed with quality engineering, continuous quality and productivity improvement, experienced and highly committed to creating world-class automation and tooling. Able to design and develop automation for various test strategies and level of testing and achieve 100% test automation. 

THE OPPORTUNITY 

  • Design and Develop test automation for Zuora’s flagship product Revenue
  • Strive for 100% test automation
  • Lead the projects to achieve high-quality software releases
  • Partner with development and other engineering teams within Zuora to define quality standards and methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement plans in quality engineering and automation.
  • Deliver high-quality software releases on time our customers adore
  • Measure and report on quality metrics on a regular basis
  • Provide leadership, technical expertise and mentorship to help develop individual engineers on the team

OUR TECH STACK: Java, Spring, Rest API, Microservices, Kafka, Spark, NodeJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, AngularJS 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree  
  • 7+ years of quality engineering building enterprise SaaS software
  • Hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, tools, scenarios and test cases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to travel, focus on teamwork
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Java code, functionality and testing strategy
  • Strong experience in PL/SQL and Oracle
  • Proven track record of delivering releases on time with high quality
