In the past week, we had more reason to celebrate working at Zuora with another two award wins recognizing our unique workplace culture!
San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal published their list of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area and Zuora was featured for the second year in a row!
Companies are evaluated on anonymous employee feedback, covering topics such as trust in leadership, Zuora’s collaborative culture, personal engagement, and satisfaction with benefits and perks. The positive responses from Bay Area ZEOs landed Zuora on the list of the best places to work among large companies in the area, an important recognition and a title that we live up to every day.
In the survey, ZEOs provided feedback about the leadership team at Zuora and noted:
“Our CEO is a visionary who also cares about the people. He knows people’s names and he knows what they do. He is the person driving the actions to do more for our people, and he holds his exec team accountable for doing the same.”
In addition to a transparent and accessible leadership team, ZEOs responding shared their positive experiences.
“It’s great that efforts/people/time/budget are being allocated to great efforts in making Zuora a fun-to-work-at place; supporting holiday celebrations like Lunar calendar, Diwali, Valentine’s Day and many more; trying to hire great and diverse candidates; supporting Z-Women and other initiatives; offering Career Cash expenses and Z-Leadership workshops to support career growth.”
The celebrations don’t stop there. Battery Ventures has ranked Zuora on their list of Highest Rated Cloud Companies to Work For! This list was curated from employee feedback shared on Glassdoor.
Zuora has an overall company rating of 4.6, compared to the 3.4 average across Glassdoor. With our CEO, Tien Tzuo, receiving a 97% approval rating from ZEOs on Glassdoor, Zuora’s most senior leadership is ranked much higher than the average 69% seen across companies on Glassdoor. These scores, coupled with a very positive outlook on Zuora’s future, secured our place among other public cloud companies with strong employee satisfaction.
