Increased Visibility with Z-Reporting
The single most requested feature Zuora has ever had is finally here -- Z-Reporting! This powerful reporting tool has over two dozen pre built reports, based on the metrics you measure your business by. Invoice Aging, MMR and TCV by Sales Rep, Upcoming Renewals, Credit Cards Expiring by Month, and many, many more are all at your fingertips. And we didn't stop there -- today, you can customize reports based on which records the report pulls from, the layout of the report and which columns to sum, just to mention a few. With the ease and power of Z-Reporting in your hands, you now have visibility to understand the state of your business at any given moment.
Enhanced Invoice Notification
Today you have the ability to create notifications tailored to your specific business operations. Before this release, only Auto-Post Bill Runs had their own notification. Now you can now segregate the notifications based on all three ways in invoice can be posted -- via the API, manually in the UI through the invoice screen, or included in a Bill Run when Auto-Post is enabled. This allows much more control over the messaging to your customers that goes out from the system.
Modify Line Items with Ease
Zuora allows you to quickly modify line items on invoices, however, with this month's release this capability has been expanded to discount and tax items. Previously you had to adjust the overall total of the invoice if the tax or discount amounts were incorrect. Now you can edit all the line items on an invoice in one place with a single transaction.
