The partnership with Zuora has also made PowerReviews more flexible, explains Choy. With Zuora, Choy believes she can give her sales, marketing, and product managers “the ability to be flexible and be able to sell in many different ways.” This flexibility also allows Choy, as controller, to have a more active say in the relationship between sales and finance. Through Z-Force, Choy is able to connect her billing to the sales side seamlessly.
Lastly, Zuora has helped PowerReviews become a more scalable company. With Zuora’s partnership, the company is ready to grow, offer new billing tiers, products, and features. “ With Zuora I know that they’ve got different pricing models that’ll help us succeed whether it be through product bundles, different metering, types of pricing models, or just having a way to grow in volume as well,” explains Choy.
